Iola's Idiocy

Typical of diaries - you start all keen then it tails off! It's been a month. It's been wet, grey dull November, a birthday, grey Xmas shopping December, time off, watched a season of Angel (mmm) in 3 days (that'll be the 3 days I took off work to do a Marketing assignment, not yet done) and stuff. I appear to have this time of year gloom. I have it bad enough not to really care. That is not so good.
Other events - Watched the Incredibles (good)
Felt sad (not good)
Failed to go to the gym (link with feeling SAD?)
Eaten lots
Eaten very little
The chap had a birthday party - very sociable
Drank copious quantities 2 days in a row. Got very very down for 2 days after
haven't yet cheered up properly - depressive effect of alcohol still very strong then.
Work has issues. I think I may be bored, or I may just be gloomy.
Am walking this weekend
Alexander lessons going well - teacher pleased with me but now away for 1 month
Back hurting right now - bummer

House mates diet is going well - it's a no food diet and motivation is very high, closely linked to her sisters ill health. go for it girl - however I'm never getting in a postition were I have to do her diet. I think there is some Ninja mind tricks going on transfering hunger pangs to me ...
right I have failed to achieve this evening. Off to watch mondays' episode of spooks.
